At 3rd level, when a crossbowman attacks with a crossbow as a readied action, he may add 1/2 his Dexterity bonus (minimum +1) on his damage roll.
Crossbow Expert (Ex)
At 5th level, a crossbowman gains a +1 bonus on attack and damage rolls with crossbows. This bonus increases by +1 per four levels after 5th.
Bullseye Shot (Combat)
You slow your breath, calm yourself, and hit the bullseye, just as you were trained to.
Benefit: You can spend a move action to steady your shot. When you do, you gain a +4 bonus on the next ranged attack roll you make before the end of your turn.
Crossbow Mastery (Combat)
You can load crossbows with blinding speed and even fire them in melee with little fear of reprisal.
Benefit: The time required for you to reload any type of crossbow is reduced to a free action, regardless of the type of crossbow used. You can fire a crossbow as many times in a full attack action as you could attack if you were using a bow. Reloading a crossbow for the type of crossbow you chose when you took Rapid Reload no longer provokes attacks of opportunity.
Brotis tends to analyze situations and likes to have a plan. She may not be very intelligent but she resists running into situations without taking a second look and thinking things out. Consequently ranged weapons are her first choice because she believes it gives her the most opportunity to be thoughtful, flexible and give the most options in combat. Melee, honestly, freaks her out but she has been forced into it often enough that it isn’t something she can’t handle. Rather she tries to take the opportunity to re-engage in ranged as soon as feasible.
